The real challenge of the future of work necessarily passes through investment in the new generations.

For many years, Riva Mobili D’Arte has been focusing on the new generation by constantly activating internships and internal training courses, meetings with first and second grade schools, in search of new talents to be trained and included in the team.

Every year, curricular or extra-curricular internships are activated, involving various departments, from production to numerical control machine management, from communication to administration.

“Investing in young people is investing in the future,” says Francesco Riva, founder of Riva Mobili D’Arte and Cavaliere del Lavoro. “It is a mutual exchange. Thanks to Riva Lab, the old generation trains the new generation by sharing the tricks and the experience gained over the years, while the young people, with their enthusiasm, offer a new vision as well as the latest knowledge on new techniques and ways of working. In these first months of the year, two young people, in their early twenties, after their internship at the company, have been confirmed and have decided to officially join the team”.
